The aim of the event, taking place from the 14th – 21st of September, 2014 in Cluj Napoca, Romania is to train young people from ECYC member organisations and from outside the confederation in becoming facilitators in intercultural youth projects and apply these skills also in working with migrant youth in order to be able to:

• enable young people with diverse cultural backgrounds to develop and maintain a positive outlook on their future
• deliver informal and formal education to help each young people develop social skills, and competences for education and employment
• create opportunities for migrant youth to “give back” through community service
