Simple knowledge of human rights standards is not always enough to enable youth workers to transfer these rules into their practice.  What are human rights and humanitarian standards and what they mean for youth workers in their work? Through this training program we want to start a process of practice and application of Human Rights approaches in youth work so that trainees will promote and protect human rights through their professional practice.  The program is lead and informed by trainers and human rights specialists coming from 8 different European countries.
